Rebuild and repair of truck’s hook loading assembly in Anglesea

Sartori’s Mechanical Services recently rebuilt a hook loading assembly on one of our customer’s Hino Trucks.

The hook assembly on this Hino Truck is used to load and unload large bins that our customer uses to store and transport wood and bark chips from their jobs.

The Hino Truck had very worn pins and bushes throughout resulting in the hook assembly becoming unsafe to use due to risk of failure. We replaced pins and bushes throughout the hook assembly as well as replacing some
hydraulic hoses and wiring that was close to failing.

After we completed the repair we thoroughly tested the truck to ensure correct and safe operation of the hook and related components.
